We are happy to have our very first squad field trip over to the Self Workout in the Park event this Saturday, June 2nd from 11-3pm. We'll be sweating with all sorts of peeps, spreading cheer, and getting to know each other better ALL DAY LONG.

Time/Place: Programs run from 11:00AM to 3:00PM in Butler Field, Grant Park*Note* We will meet at 10:00AM at the Starbucks at 55 East Jackson Boulevard, Chicago, IL and walk over to Butler Field together

Oh yes, squad, we're dealing with our daddy issues during June's Cheerobix workshop by sweating to the greatest paternal-related jams we could find! Your requests were plentiful, so come by to experience the musical genius our very own squad came up with to pay homage to June's fatherly theme. Join us for an hour and a half dance fitness class featuring brand new pom-shaking, smile-inducing, fat-blasting routines!
